Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Beatloose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue.
